While Google provides Timeline data, there are few dedicated, user-friendly tools to visualize this data attractively. The niche focus on travel history visualization fills a gap for users who want to reflect on their movements without complex GIS tools.

Google Maps Timeline itself (built-in visualization), though it lacks the dedicated yearly summary and aesthetic customization this tool offers.

Execution plan

1. Port the Kotlin codebase to a web-friendly format (e.g., JavaScript/React) to reach non-Android users
2. Add export options (PNG/PDF generation) for sharing visualized timelines socially
3. Implement privacy-focused client-side processing (no server upload of location data)
4. Build a simple web frontend with drag-and-drop Google Takeout ZIP upload
5. Add comparative analytics (e.g., distance traveled vs. previous years)

Monetization
